SinC Reading Like A Writer Book Club - The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin

Description: Begin by reading The Westing Game on your own, using our handy readers’ guide to help you identify and analyze this middle grade classic from a writer’s perspective. You’ll gain insights into the ingenious choices Ellen Raskin made to create this twisty, clue-ridden mystery. Whether you write for children or adults, you will learn invaluable skills and techniques that you can apply to your own writing.

Join our panel discussion on Saturday, December 2nd at 2 PM EDT for an in-depth discussion of the novel that will deepen your understanding of how it was crafted. This will be followed by panelist-led breakout groups, so you can participate in the conversation!
