JULY THEME:  MYSTERY FROM SEA TO SHINING SEA (Submission period: June 7 - 14, 2019)

SINC's partner United for Libraries manages a new ALA initiative called Book Club Central.  Book Club Central is a new online resource for book clubs and readers featuring book reviews, author interviews, discussion questions and more. Award-winning actor, producer, and avid reader Sarah Jessica Parker is the Honorary Chair of Book Club Central and a passionate advocate for libraries and literacy.

You can check out Book Club Central here: http://www.bookclubcentral.org/find-books-for-book-clubs/book-club-choices/

If your mystery fits this month's theme, then please enter our random drawing for an opportunity to have your book featured in the Book Club Central booklist.

Be sure to:

  • Please write a short teaser/summary of your book. Cover copy works well.
  • Include why is this a good pick for book club discussion? What themes are prevalent in the story?
  • have jpeg of cover attached;
  • include a link to the author's website;
  • include a link to the author's discussion questions, if such a page exists on the author's website (this field is optional, but highly desirable to the book club central audience).

Authors may send only ONE submission and this opportunity is open ONLY to members of Sisters in Crime. The random number generator will choose a set number of entries (determined by BCC) that we'll then forward on to Book Club Central.  Please remember that Book Club Central reserves the right to edit, amend, or omit selections.

Click the button below to submit your book for consideration.  (It's members-only access, so be sure that you are signed in first.)
