Advocate
Help build a more welcoming community and equitable marketplace
for all writers through our research, outreach, and grant programs.

Sisters in Crime was founded to address the inequities faced by women crime writers. Since that time our mission has broadened to advocate on behalf of all authors who are potentially marginalized and to build and maintain a strong eco-system for everyone in the crime writing community including booksellers, librarians, and publications.
